Saw a woman in Starbucks today, and I decided to compliment her on her beautiful, thick, curly hair. She smiled and thanked me, and told me that two years earlier she didn’t have any hair at all, as she had been going through extensive chemotherapy.
I don’t know what else to say.
I wanted to share this with you all, in hopes that you look around you and make an effort to reach out and communicate. Her lovely attitude was inspiring and humbling. Be grateful.
